Participate in the research entitled the Formational Mechanism of the Geochemical Steep Zone in South China Block, and its Coupling Relationship with Plate Tectonics, which is a key project of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and respond the studies of the Paleo-Tethys tectonics in Yunnan and adjacent region. And also respond the research on structural geology of two projects about Qinling Orogenic Belt and South China Orogenic Belt, which were supported by grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Participate in the key project of National Natural Science Foundation of China entitled the Structure of the Lithosphere and Tectonic Evolution of the Qinling Orogenic Belt.
